# Onboarding

> This documentation will cover the following:

1. **Setup Castled**: Setup involves configuring the data warehouse, creating
   the business entities and configuring the channels. Castled setup is covered
   in detail [here](/getting-started/castled-setup.md).
2. **Build Customer Segment**: Customer Segment is the backbone of Campaigns or
   Workflows run in Castled. Creating the segment is covered in detail
   [here](/engagement/segmentation/create-segment.md).
3. **Start a Campaign/Workflow**: Once the setup is complete and the segments
   are created, marketers can run campaigns or workflows targetting the leads in
   the selected segment. Refer [campaigns](/engagement/campaign/campaign-overview.md) and
   [workflows](/engagement/workflow/workflow-overview.md) for more details.
